About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Scheduling Manager for its Hyannis, Massachusetts office. The role focuses on providing compassionate, reliable home health care through excellent customer service, coordination of client services, and management of emergent scheduling issues. The Scheduling Manager manages and proactively grows a Client Services Manager caseload, builds relationships with clients and community partners, and works closely with the team. Scheduling Managers partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.

Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
- Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues.
- Manage and proactively grow a Client Services Manager caseload.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
- Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
- Monitor metrics to maintain effective fiscal management of the caseload.
- Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees.

- Base salary of $55,000–$60,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
