About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in North Adams and surrounding Berkshire County communities. Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Free caregiver training is available to qualified applicants.

The position offers pay of $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, and flexible scheduling with 8–12-hour shifts. Available schedules include days, overnights, weekdays, and weekends. Immediate start opportunities are available. Qualified new hires can earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required.
• HHA or CNA certification is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
