About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to support seniors in Phillipston, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Openings are available for CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, homemakers, and people beginning a caregiving career. Depending on qualifications and client needs, caregivers provide companionship and emotional support; assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care; prepare meals and help with daily routines; perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands; provide medication reminders; and observe and report changes in clients’ conditions. Caregivers are expected to deliver compassionate, respectful, dependable care. Free caregiver training is available to qualified applicants. The position offers flexible scheduling, including daytime and overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends, with 8–12-hour shifts available. Immediate start opportunities are offered.
Requirements

- Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required.
- CNA or HHA certification is welcome.
