About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to support seniors in Adams, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and Homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not always required; free training is available for qualified applicants. The position offers flexible scheduling, with 8–12-hour shifts and daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend opportunities. Pay is $18–$21 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Qualified new hires can receive a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience; experience is a plus but is not always required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care while supporting client safety and independence.
