About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in their homes in Lenox, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. The role helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Duties vary based on caregiver qualifications and client needs. The company offers flexible scheduling, shifts of 8–12 hours, and opportunities to start immediately. Free caregiver training is available to qualified applicants, including those who are new to caregiving.

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required.
HHA or CNA certification is welcome.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
Provide medication reminders.
Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.

Benefits

$18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
