SCHEDULER (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Canteen is hiring a full-time Scheduler to manage the daily scheduling process for SmartService vending routes, including vending and markets. The Scheduler uses Cantaloupe scheduling software to dynamically schedule routes and Cantaloupe merchandising tools to merchandise them. The role communicates daily with drivers and CSMs about schedule changes, planogram (POG) changes, merchandising, missed picks, and skipped stops; shares progress with drivers; and provides updates to senior management. The Scheduler also serves as a backup Line Pick Line Supervisor and backup Picker as needed, and performs other duties as assigned. The position is located at Canteen’s facility at 7010 Grand Haven Road, Norton Shores, Michigan. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, and training is available. The advertised pay range is $20.37 to $21.37 per hour. A cash-on-growth bonus and an internal employee referral bonus are noted.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Computer technical skills, including Excel, analytics, and new technologies.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse experience; training is available.
- Route driver experience at the branch is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily scheduling process for vending and markets.

- Provide updates to senior management and share progress with drivers.
- Act as a backup Picker as needed.
