About The Position

Canteen is hiring a full-time Scheduler in Norton Shores, Michigan. The Scheduler manages the daily scheduling process for SmartService vending routes and markets, using Cantaloupe scheduling and merchandising tools. The position is scheduled Sunday through Thursday, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, and training is available. The pay range is $20.37 to $21.37 per hour, with a cash-on-growth bonus and an internal employee referral bonus available.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently.
Computer technical skills, including Excel, analytics, and the ability to work with new technologies.
Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience.
Route driver experience at the branch.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily scheduling process for vending and market routes.
Use Cantaloupe scheduling software to dynamically schedule each route.
Merchandise each route using Cantaloupe merchandising tools.
Serve as a backup Line Pick Supervisor as needed.
Communicate daily with drivers and CSMs about schedule changes, planogram (POG) changes, merchandising, missed picks, and skipped stops.
Provide updates to senior management and share progress with drivers.
Serve as a backup picker as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
