About The Position

Care Innovations is seeking an organized, personable, and dependable Scheduler / Recruiter to support caregiver scheduling, recruitment, and client service. The role requires an understanding of the home care industry and the ability to balance the needs of caregivers and clients. Experience as both a caregiver and a home care scheduler is considered ideal. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and primarily office-based in Houston with a blended work arrangement. It also includes part-time, rotating after-hours on-call coverage performed remotely, with additional compensation. Hourly pay is $20–$22, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered.
• Recruit, interview, and assist with hiring qualified caregivers.
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, experience, personality, and client needs.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families about scheduling needs and changes.
• Respond to caregiver call-outs, staffing needs, and last-minute schedule adjustments.
• Participate in rotating after-hours on-call coverage on a part-time basis.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and recruitment records.
• Provide responsive support to caregivers and clients.
