About The Position

We are looking for a reliable, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to join our Service team at KIA Chantilly on Saturdays only! This role involves greeting and assisting customers and vehicles in the Service Lane, scheduling service appointments, helping write repair orders (with a focus on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections), and managing the loaner fleet by cleaning, prepping, and preparing loaner vehicle agreements. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, serving as the first and last impression for Saturday guests.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills – you must love talking to customers all day
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane
• Schedule service appointments efficiently
• Help write repair orders, with a focus on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
• Manage the loaner fleet – clean, prep, and make loaner vehicle agreements for customers
• Deliver outstanding customer service all day – you will be the first and last impression for our Saturday guests
