About The Position

The SAP Site Support Technical Analyst serves as a consulting and system expert for SAP warehouse and logistics solutions, with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), and ECC. The role emphasizes project delivery, system enhancement, and solution optimization rather than traditional sustainment activities. The analyst partners with business and technical teams across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization. The role provides guidance on SAP capabilities, resolves complex technical challenges, and supports operational improvements aligned with enterprise objectives and implementation timelines. The position supports WMS modernization and enterprise implementation initiatives. Onsite activities may be required as determined by client and project needs. U.S. citizenship is required, and candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Requirements

At least 5 years of SAP experience.
Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WMS), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), and/or ECC.
Experience supporting system design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working across full project lifecycles in complex enterprise environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
U.S. citizenship required.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 technical and functional expertise across ECC, EWM, TM, and WMS environments.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex SAP and warehouse management issues.
Support project activities including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to implement system enhancements and process improvements.
Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
Identify and recommend opportunities for system optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
Provide expert guidance on WMS capabilities, integration considerations, and SAP best practices.
Support WMS modernization initiatives and enterprise implementation efforts.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with timelines and strategic objectives.
Stay current on emerging SAP technologies and warehouse management trends to identify innovation opportunities.
