About The Position

ZWILLING J.A. Henckels is seeking a technically astute SAP MM/WM/SCM Analyst to support warehouse, logistics, and supply chain processes through user engagement, production support, and project work. The role is based in Pleasantville, New York, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office per week. The analyst will serve as the primary regional technical process owner for SAP MM/WM/SCM activities and projects, working directly with warehouse users and global counterparts. The position includes supporting warehouse process execution and optimization; troubleshooting SAP integrations, automation, shipping solutions, and printing; collaborating on SAP testing, deployments, configuration, and outputs; and training super-users while improving documentation and adoption. Compensation is $160,000–$170,000 per year, contingent upon experience. The role is not eligible for sponsorship.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
At least 5 years of SAP MM/WM/SCM experience.
Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
Understanding of MM/WM/SCM configuration and its relationship to warehouse processing.
Experience working directly with business users in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
Ability to document key processes and standard operating procedures and provide future design recommendations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good understanding of Excel, including running reports and using Excel to provide insights.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset focused on value creation and ability to optimize internal operations and improve process efficiency.

Nice To Haves

Experience working for a US retailer.
Experience with third-party shipping solutions such as KEP, FreightPop, Echo, ShipERP, Paccurate, or similar.
SAP Stock Management and/or decentralized SAP EWM experience.
Experience with Seeberger and/or SAP Integration Suite.
Proven experience with end-to-end implementations.
Experience working in a global SAP environment.
Experience in a retail and e-commerce environment.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.
Hands-on experience working in a warehouse setting.
Fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Act as primary regional technical process owner for SAP MM/WM/SCM activities and projects.
Monitor and optimize inbound, outbound, and inventory management warehouse processes.
Serve as the first point of contact for on-site SAP MM/WM/SCM super-users, providing hands-on support, training, and troubleshooting.
Support maintenance of SAP material master data relevant to MM/WM/SCM.
Monitor and resolve IDoc and RFC issues.
Support third-party shipping software embedded in WM for generating carrier labels.
Monitor and support integrations and automation, including put-to-light systems, conveyors, and Kardex.
Work with global counterparts and external vendors on process adaptations.
Collaborate with IT teams to test and deploy SAP MM/WM/SCM updates and enhancements.
Set up new labels and forms in Adobe LifeCycle.
Set up and support SAP outputs/PPFs processing.
Install, monitor, and support paper and label printers in SAP.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
Provide super-user training, develop documentation, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve system adoption.
