About The Position

ZWILLING J.A. Henckels is seeking a technically astute SAP MM/WM/SCM Analyst to support warehouse, logistics, and supply chain processes through user engagement, production support, and project activities. The role serves as the primary regional technical process owner for SAP MM/WM/SCM activities and projects, working directly with warehouse users in an on-site warehouse environment. The analyst supports inbound, outbound, and inventory processes; system integrations and automation; SAP application administration and releases; and operational infrastructure. The position is based in Pleasantville, New York, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office per week. The analyst provides hands-on support, training, and troubleshooting to warehouse super-users; monitors and resolves integration issues; collaborates with IT, global counterparts, and external vendors; and helps test and deploy SAP updates and enhancements. The role also supports documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing. ZWILLING J.A. Henckels is an international company with a history spanning over 290 years. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
At least 5 years of SAP MM/WM/SCM experience.
Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
Understanding of MM/WM/SCM configuration and its relationship to warehouse processing.
Experience working directly with business users in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
Ability to document key processes and SOPs and provide future design recommendations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good understanding of Excel, including the ability to run reports and use Excel to provide insights.

Experience with third-party shipping solutions such as KEP, FreightPop, Echo, ShipERP, Paccurate, or similar.
SAP Stock Management and/or decentralized EWM experience.
Seeberger and/or SAP Integration Suite experience.

Experience working in a global SAP environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary regional technical process owner for SAP MM/WM/SCM activities and projects.
Monitor and optimize inbound, outbound, and inventory management warehouse processes.
Serve as the first point of contact for on-site SAP MM/WM/SCM super-users, providing hands-on support, training, and troubleshooting.
Support maintenance of SAP material master data relevant to MM/WM/SCM.
Monitor and resolve IDoc and RFC issues.
Support third-party shipping software embedded in WM for generating carrier labels.
Monitor and support integrations and automation, including put-to-light systems, conveyors, and Kardex.
Work with global counterparts and external vendors on process adaptations.
Collaborate with IT teams to test and deploy SAP MM/WM/SCM updates and enhancements.
Set up new labels and forms in Adobe LifeCycle.
Set up and support SAP outputs/PPFs processing.
Install, monitor, and support SAP paper and label printers.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
Provide super-user training, develop documentation, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve system adoption.
Document key processes and SOPs and provide future design recommendations.
