SAP Employee Central Payroll Manager
About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience.
- Experience with a minimum of 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
- Certified in EC Payroll applications, and Payroll module.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).
Nice To Haves
- External consulting experience.
- Experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll.
- Strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
- Use business acumen to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
- Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
- Work in a team where you wear multiple hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge.
- Run the workstream and/or project activities assigned.
- Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality.
- Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more.
- Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs.
- Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
- Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions.
