About The Position

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Payroll professional with hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM. The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes and business rules, with a focus on schema modifications, PCRs, Payroll, and time evaluation. You will provide ongoing support for SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, US Payroll, and Time Management. This position involves designing and optimizing organizational structures, enterprise structures, and time policies, as well as configuring and customizing PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll, and Time Management modules to align with business processes. You will collaborate closely with business teams to understand system needs and enhancements, support custom solutions, and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies. The role also includes supporting workflow automation, managing time evaluation and US Payroll, and integrating with third-party applications. Troubleshooting issues related to Payroll, Benefits, time recording, time data processing, and shift scheduling is a key responsibility. Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support, along with SAP certification in HCM, is highly valued.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and business rules.
• Experience with schema modifications, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Payroll and time evaluation.
• Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support.
• SAP certification in HCM.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going support to SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management.
• Design and optimize organizational structures, enterprise structures and time policies to meet business requirements.
• Configure and customize PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management modules to align with business processes.
• Work closely with business teams to understand the system needs and enhancements.
