Requirements

Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification.
SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of SAP’s business development process and ability to articulate how SAP can benefit a company.

Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
