About The Position

The company is recognized for its numerous SAP awards and its leadership in various SAP solutions, including SuccessFactors, Ariba, Hybris, FieldGlass, and Concur. The role requires an individual who can help clients navigate digitization challenges, solve complex business problems, and configure SAP solutions. The position involves both teamwork and project leadership, with the flexibility to work remotely and travel as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).

  • Knowledge of SAP’s business development process and ability to articulate how SAP can benefit a company.
  • Master Stakeholder Communications.
  • Demonstrate effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team performance and provide solutions to challenges impacting various groups.
  • Engage deeply with subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
  • Foster an environment where collaboration and thoughtful decision-making drive success.
  • Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
  • Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
  • Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
