About The Position

Accenture’s SAP practice helps clients meet the challenges of digitization by solving complex business problems and configuring SAP solutions. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams, managing team performance, and providing solutions to challenges that impact various groups. The position will engage deeply with subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off, fostering an environment where collaboration and thoughtful decision-making drive success. The work includes identifying project scope, defining requirements, creating functional and technical specifications, developing proof of concepts, coordinating implementation, and supporting change management efforts. Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification
SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
