SAP SuccessFactor Employee Central Lead
About The Position
The project is looking for a resource to lead Global Process Design in the areas of SuccessFactors Employee Central solution, Workforce Enablement (Promotions, demotions, terminations processes, etc.), Organizational Management, and Time off. The selected resource will be responsible for working with the larger HCM project team, including customers and a third-party SI, to plan design workshops, conduct system demonstrations, educate the customer on SF functionality, conduct workshops, and document requirements. The project is using Activate with a fit-to-standard approach, so being able to describe SAP best practices is a key requirement of this role.
Requirements
- Deep experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central solution.
- Experience with Workforce Enablement (Promotions, demotions, terminations processes, etc.).
- Experience with Organizational Management.
- Experience with Time off.
- Ability to describe SAP best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead Global Process Design in SuccessFactors Employee Central solution.
- Oversee Workforce Enablement, including promotions, demotions, and terminations processes.
- Manage Organizational Management and Time off processes.
- Work with the larger HCM project team, customers, and a third-party SI.
- Plan design workshops.
- Conduct system demonstrations.
