About The Position

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 10 years of equivalent industry experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Central with EC Time (must have EC certification of some kind)
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time certification
SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
