About The Position

Accenture’s SAP practice helps clients meet the challenges of digitization by using design thinking, agile development, and smart technologies like IoT, automation, and AI. We offer training in new SAP technologies and have a strong community for support. Accenture has received over 70 SAP awards and is a leading partner for various SAP solutions. The role requires a transformation maven who can solve complex business problems, work in teams, lead projects, and configure SAP solutions. Travel to client sites is expected regularly.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years experience with Employee Central Payroll
Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
Experience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications, and Payroll module.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience

Nice To Haves

External consulting experience
Experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll
Strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
Use business acumen to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
Work in a team where you wear multiple hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge.
Run the workstream and/or project activities assigned.
Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality.
Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more.
Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs.
Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions.
