About The Position

The Sanitation Hourly employee cleans and sanitizes production areas and completes the mandatory safety and food safety/GMP training required for the job assignment. The role involves working in a fast-paced meat-processing or manufacturing environment, performing repetitive hand scrubbing and hose work, and using multiple chemicals with appropriate training and personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, and crawl for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures and have frequent exposure to moving machinery, hot water, and slippery floors.
• Must be able to perform repetitive-motion work, including hand scrubbing and running a hose, in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work with multiple chemicals after receiving proper training and while using personal protective equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a meat processing plant or similar manufacturing setting.
