About The Position

Zingerman’s Deli is hiring a Sandwich Line Cook for its high-volume, high-energy kitchen. The role prepares and cooks sandwiches to order, expedites orders accurately and efficiently, and keeps workstations clean, stocked, and running smoothly. The team slices bread to order, serves meat hot and fresh, and emphasizes teamwork, communication, consistency, and food safety. Shifts are typically 8–9 hours between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., and weekend availability is required. The starting wage is $17–$20 per hour, including tips, with wages growing based on training, tenure, and performance. Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience; high-volume experience is preferred.
