About The Position
2020 Companies is hiring a part-time Samsung Experience Consultant to represent Samsung Electronics America and drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services in a Best Buy retail store. The consultant uses conversational sales techniques to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, provide accurate product information, and build confidence in Samsung offerings among customers and Best Buy employees. The role also involves partnering with Best Buy staff to support shared initiatives and sales goals, maintaining retail brand standards, completing display resets for product launches, and submitting daily sales and retail insight reports. Success is measured by attendance, reporting accuracy, sales performance, and customer and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high-demand retail holidays.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

- Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to Best Buy customers.
- Provide customers with current and relevant product information to support purchase decisions.
- Use conversational consulting sales techniques to drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend Samsung products that meet those needs.
- Build confidence in Samsung products and services among Best Buy employees and new and repeat customers.
- Build partnerships with Best Buy staff to advance shared initiatives and goals.
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Provide excellent service to customers and Best Buy employees.
- Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
- Complete display resets when requested and during new product launches.
- Submit daily reports on sales performance and retail insights.
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance and accurate daily reporting.
