About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a Part-Time Samsung Experience Consultant to drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services at a Best Buy retail store. The role involves helping customers choose products that meet their needs, providing current product information, and representing Samsung as a brand evangelist. The consultant builds partnerships with Best Buy staff, supports retail initiatives, and contributes to sales goals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high-demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy.
• Use conversational consulting sales techniques to drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products.
• Build customer confidence in Samsung products and services and act as a brand evangelist.
• Build partnerships with Best Buy staff and collaborate on team initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and established sales quotas.
• Provide excellent service to customers and Best Buy employees.
• Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets when requested and during product launches.
• Submit daily reports on sales performance and retail insights.
• Attend work regularly and punctually, including evenings, weekends, and high-demand retail holidays.
