About The Position

2020 Companies is seeking a part-time Samsung Experience Consultant to represent Samsung Electronics America and drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services in a Best Buy retail store. The consultant demonstrates and promotes Samsung devices, including phones, tablets, and wearables; learns customer needs and recommends suitable products; and builds confidence in Samsung products among customers and Best Buy employees. The role also involves partnering with store staff, maintaining retail standards, completing display resets, and reporting sales performance and retail insights. The position requires scheduled work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, weekdays, evenings, and some holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high-demand retail holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecommunications, or marketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in a Best Buy retail store.
• Use conversational consulting sales techniques to drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services.
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend Samsung products that meet those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services among Best Buy employees and new and repeat customers.
• Build partnerships with Best Buy staff to advance shared initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and established monthly or weekly quotas.
• Provide excellent service to customers and Best Buy employees.
• Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets when requested and during new product launches.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
• Attend work regularly and promptly, and submit accurate daily reports.
• Participate in daily trainings, collaboration, and goal sharing with Best Buy associates and leadership.
