About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a part-time Samsung Experience Consultant to represent Samsung Electronics America and drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services at a Best Buy retail store in Madison, Wisconsin. The role involves demonstrating and promoting Samsung devices, including phones, tablets, and wearables, and helping customers choose products that meet their needs. The consultant also builds relationships with Best Buy employees and leadership, supports sales initiatives, and ensures the retail display and brand standards are maintained. The position pays $19.00 per hour, with weekly pay and access to next-day on-demand pay through DailyPay. Paid training is completed online from home using a computer or mobile device. Apparel and a company-provided tablet or phone are provided. The role is scheduled during high-traffic periods, including required weekends, weekdays, and some holidays.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high-demand retail holidays.

Nice To Haves

Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy.
Use conversational consulting sales techniques to drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Samsung products.
Build customer confidence in Samsung products and services as a brand evangelist.
Build partnerships with Best Buy staff to advance team initiatives and goals.
Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and established weekly or monthly quotas.
Provide excellent service to customers and Best Buy employees.
Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches.
Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
Attend work regularly and promptly.
