About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a part-time Samsung Experience Consultant to represent Samsung Electronics America and drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services in a Best Buy retail store in Frisco, Texas. The role focuses on helping customers choose products that meet their needs, demonstrating Samsung devices, and providing relevant product information. The consultant also builds relationships with Best Buy employees and leadership through collaboration, training, and shared sales goals.

Success in the role involves meeting sales targets, delivering excellent customer and client service, maintaining retail brand standards, and completing accurate daily reporting. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to Best Buy customers.
• Drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting techniques.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Samsung products.
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services among Best Buy employees and customers.
• Develop partnerships with Best Buy staff to advance shared initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and established sales quotas.
• Provide excellent service to customers and Best Buy employees.
• Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets when requested and during new product launches.
• Submit daily reports on sales performance and retail insights.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance and accurate daily reporting.
