About The Position

Samsung Experience Consultant for Samsung Electronics America, employed by 2020 Companies and assigned to a Best Buy retail store. The role focuses on driving sales of Samsung mobile products and services—including phones, tablets, and wearables—through customer-focused consultation, product demonstrations, and relationship building. Consultants work with Best Buy customers, associates, and leadership to support sales goals and Samsung initiatives. The position includes paid online training, provided apparel, and a company-provided tablet or phone. Work is scheduled during high-traffic periods, including weekends, weekdays, and some holidays. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to Best Buy customers.
Drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting techniques.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products.
Build confidence in Samsung products and services among Best Buy employees and new and repeat customers.
Develop partnerships with Best Buy staff to support shared initiatives and goals.
Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and established monthly or weekly quotas.
Provide excellent service to customers and Best Buy employees.
Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
Complete display resets when requested and during new product launches.
Submit daily reports on sales performance and retail insights.
Attend work regularly and promptly, and complete accurate daily reporting.
