About The Position

2020 Companies is seeking a part-time Samsung Experience Consultant to represent Samsung Electronics America and drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services in a Best Buy retail store. The role involves demonstrating and promoting Samsung products, consulting with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products, and building confidence in Samsung offerings among customers and Best Buy employees. The consultant partners with Best Buy staff to support shared initiatives and sales goals, provides excellent customer and client service, maintains retail brand standards, completes display resets and daily reporting, and works toward monthly and weekly sales targets. The position requires availability during high-traffic periods, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high-demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecommunications, or marketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to Best Buy customers.
• Use conversational consulting sales techniques to drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend Samsung products that meet those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services among Best Buy employees and new and repeat customers.
• Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to support team initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and established sales quotas.
• Provide excellent service to customers and Best Buy employees.
• Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets when requested and during new product launches.
• Submit accurate daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
