About The Position

Samsung Experience Consultants represent Samsung Electronics America in a Best Buy retail store, driving sales of Samsung mobile products and services, including phones, tablets, and wearables. The role involves consulting with customers to understand their needs and recommending suitable products, while building confidence in Samsung offerings among customers and Best Buy employees. Consultants collaborate with Best Buy staff, work toward sales goals, maintain retail brand standards, and provide accurate reporting on sales and retail insights.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high-demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Samsung products.
• Promote confidence in Samsung products and services among Best Buy employees and customers.
• Build partnerships with Best Buy staff to support shared initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
• Provide excellent service to customers and Best Buy employees.
• Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets upon request and during product launches.
• Submit daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
• Attend work regularly and promptly.
