About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Samsung Experience Consultant to drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store. The role involves consulting with customers to understand their needs, recommending appropriate products, and providing current product information. The consultant also builds partnerships with Best Buy employees and leadership, supports team initiatives, and promotes confidence in Samsung products and services.

The position averages 32 or more hours per week and is scheduled during high-traffic periods, including weekends, weekdays, and some holidays. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with quarterly bonuses. The employer provides paid online training, apparel, and a company tablet or phone. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to Best Buy customers.
• Use conversational consulting sales techniques to drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend Samsung products that address them.
• Provide customers with current and relevant product information.
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services among Best Buy employees and new and repeat customers.
• Build partnerships with Best Buy staff to support shared initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and established sales quotas.
• Provide excellent service to customers and Best Buy employees.
• Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets when requested and during new product launches.
• Submit accurate daily sales performance and retail insight reports.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
