Samsung Experience Consultant Lead
About The Position
2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Samsung Experience Consultant to represent Samsung Electronics America at Best Buy 325 in Mishawaka, Indiana. The role focuses on driving sales of Samsung mobile products and services, including phones, tablets, and wearables, while providing excellent customer service and up-to-date product information. The consultant builds customer confidence in Samsung products and develops partnerships with Best Buy associates and leadership through training, collaboration, and shared goals. The position averages 32 or more hours per week and includes a schedule during high-traffic periods, including weekends, weekdays, and some holidays. Training is paid and completed online from home using a computer or mobile device. The company provides apparel and a tablet or phone for work. Compensation is $19 per hour, with quarterly bonuses and weekly pay.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.

- Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to Best Buy customers.
- Use conversational consulting sales techniques to drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services.
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable Samsung products.
- Build confidence in Samsung products and services among Best Buy employees and customers.
- Build partnerships with Best Buy staff to advance team initiatives and goals.
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and established sales quotas.
- Provide excellent service to customers and Best Buy employees.
- Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
- Complete display resets when requested and during new product launches.
- Submit accurate daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
- Attend work regularly and promptly.
