Samsung Experience Consultant Lead
About The Position
2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Samsung Experience Consultant to represent Samsung Electronics America in a Best Buy retail store in Dublin, California. The role focuses on driving sales of Samsung mobile products and services, including phones, tablets, and wearables, through conversational consulting and excellent customer service. The consultant learns customers’ needs and recommends suitable products, shares current product information, and builds relationships with customers, Best Buy associates, and store leadership. The position also includes merchandising and display work, reporting on sales and retail insights, and supporting product launches. The posting describes an average schedule of 32 or more hours per week, including weekends, weekday high-traffic periods, and some holidays. Hourly pay is $23, with quarterly bonus eligibility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services in a Best Buy retail store using conversational consulting sales techniques.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products.
- Build customer confidence in Samsung products and services and act as a Samsung brand evangelist to Best Buy employees and customers.
- Build partnerships with Best Buy staff to support shared initiatives and goals.
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Provide excellent service to customers and Best Buy employees.
- Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
- Complete display resets as requested and during new product launches.
- Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
- Attend work regularly and promptly, report accurately, and meet established sales quotas and goals.
