Samsung Experience Consultant Lead
About The Position
2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Samsung Experience Consultant to represent Samsung Electronics America and drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services at a Best Buy retail store in Dallas, Texas. The role involves consulting with customers to understand their needs, recommending suitable Samsung products, and sharing accurate product information. The consultant also builds relationships with Best Buy employees and leadership, supports team sales initiatives, and maintains Samsung’s retail brand standards. The position averages 32 or more hours per week and includes scheduled work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, weekdays, and some holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy.
- Use conversational consulting sales techniques to drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services.
- Uncover customers’ needs and recommend Samsung products that meet those needs.
- Build confidence in Samsung products and services among Best Buy employees and new and repeat customers.
- Build partnerships with Best Buy staff to advance shared initiatives and goals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and weekly personal and store sales goals.
- Provide excellent service to customers and Best Buy employees.
- Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
- Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches.
- Submit daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance and provide accurate daily reporting.
