Samsung Experience Consultant Lead
About The Position
2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Samsung Experience Consultant to represent Samsung Electronics America in a Best Buy retail store. The role focuses on driving sales of Samsung mobile products and services—including phones, tablets, and wearables—through customer-focused consultations, product demonstrations, and relationship building. The consultant also partners with Best Buy employees and leadership to support sales initiatives, product knowledge, and store goals. The position averages 32 or more hours per week and includes work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, weekdays, and some holidays. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to Best Buy customers.
- Use conversational consulting sales techniques to drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Samsung products.
- Build confidence in Samsung products and services among Best Buy employees and new and repeat customers.
- Build partnerships with Best Buy staff to advance shared initiatives and goals.
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and established sales quotas.
- Provide customer and client service to customers and Best Buy employees.
- Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
- Complete display resets when requested and during new product launches.
- Submit daily reports on sales performance and retail insights.
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance and accurate reporting.
