Samsung Experience Consultant Lead
About The Position
2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Samsung Experience Consultant to drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services at a Best Buy retail store in Fullerton, California. The role focuses on helping customers identify their needs and recommending suitable Samsung products through conversational consulting sales techniques. The consultant also serves as a Samsung brand advocate, builds partnerships with Best Buy employees and leadership, and supports sales initiatives and goals. The position includes demonstrating and promoting Samsung devices such as phones, tablets, and wearables; sharing current product information; meeting sales goals; maintaining retail presentation standards; completing display resets and daily reporting; and providing excellent service to customers and the retail client. The role averages 32 or more hours per week, with scheduling during high-traffic periods, including weekends, weekdays, and some holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

- Six months of prior sales, retail, telecommunications, or marketing experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services in a Best Buy retail store using conversational consulting sales techniques.
- Identify and understand customer needs and recommend suitable Samsung products.
- Build confidence in Samsung products and services among Best Buy employees and new and repeat customers.
- Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to support shared initiatives and goals.
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Provide excellent customer and client service through interactions with customers and Best Buy employees.
- Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
- Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches.
- Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance and provide accurate daily reporting.
