Samsung Experience Consultant Lead
About The Position
2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Samsung Experience Consultant to represent Samsung Electronics America and drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services in a Best Buy retail store. The role focuses on consultative selling, customer service, product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with customers and Best Buy employees. The position averages 32 or more hours per week and is scheduled during high-traffic periods, including weekends, weekdays, and some holidays. The successful candidate is organized, self-directed, comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment, and passionate about technology and customer service. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy.
- Use conversational consulting sales techniques to drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Samsung products.
- Build customer confidence in Samsung products and services and act as a brand evangelist for Best Buy employees and customers.
- Build partnerships with Best Buy staff to advance shared initiatives and goals.
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and established monthly or weekly quotas.
- Provide excellent service to customers and Best Buy employees.
- Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
- Complete display resets when requested and during new product launches.
- Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
- Attend work regularly and promptly and provide accurate daily reports.
