Samsung Experience Consultant Lead
About The Position
2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Samsung Experience Consultant to drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store. The role focuses on demonstrating and promoting Samsung phones, tablets, wearables, and other devices; understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products; and providing accurate, relevant product information. The consultant also serves as a Samsung brand representative, building confidence in Samsung products among customers and Best Buy employees and developing strong working relationships with store staff and leadership. The position includes meeting sales goals, maintaining retail brand standards, completing merchandising and display resets, and reporting on sales performance and retail insights. The role averages 32 or more hours per week and includes scheduled work during busy periods, including weekends, weekdays, and some holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

- Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services in a Best Buy retail store using conversational consulting sales techniques.
- Identify customer needs and recommend Samsung products that address them.
- Promote confidence in Samsung products and services among Best Buy employees and new and repeat customers.
- Build partnerships with Best Buy staff to support shared initiatives and goals.
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
- Provide excellent service to customers and Best Buy employees.
- Maintain retail brand standards for merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
- Complete display resets when requested and during new product launches.
- Submit daily reports on sales performance and retail insights.
- Attend regularly and punctually, maintain accurate daily reporting, and meet established sales quotas and customer satisfaction standards.
