About The Position

The Salon & Spa Coordinator helps create a positive guest experience through welcoming, in-person service and essential behind-the-scenes support. The role supports salon artists by preparing clean linens and service supplies, maintains clean guest areas, assists with retail stock and signage, and engages with guests during checkout. This is a full-time position at the Southcenter location. Open scheduling availability is required; many shifts are in the evenings and on weekends, and the salon is often busiest around holidays.

Requirements

• If age 18 or older, have or be willing to obtain a Class 12 or 13 MAST Permit; required training will be provided if needed.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
• Respond professionally and resiliently to situations as they arise.
• Be organized, keep areas clean, and be comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Learn changing products, services, and promotions quickly and apply that information.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude.
• Have open scheduling availability, including evenings, weekends, and busy holiday periods.
• Be able to stand or walk for much of the workday.
• Be able to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, helping them feel valued and ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Prepare clean linens and supplies so artists can provide services.
• Keep salon areas clean, including the lobby, dressing rooms, retail shelves, and restrooms.
• Help organize and place incoming retail shipments and assist with replacing retail stock and signage.
• Process guest checkouts accurately, connect with guests, ensure they had a good experience, and invite them to return.
