Assistant Salon Manager - Licensed Cosmetologist
About The Position
The Salon Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the stylist team and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role requires salon, beauty, and/or service-environment experience, and the ability to drive service and retail sales through a defined strategic plan. The manager provides the salon’s full range of hair care services, builds clientele, and creates lasting guest relationships through professional presentation and exceptional service. The role also includes recruiting and fully staffing the salon. A current state cosmetology or barber license is required, or the candidate must currently be enrolled in school to obtain the required license.
Requirements
- Experience in a salon, beauty, and/or service environment.
- A current state cosmetology or barber license, or current enrollment in school to obtain the required license.
