About The Position

Nebraska Furniture Mart is hiring a Retail Salesperson for its new Cedar Park store. The role focuses on helping customers select products to create a home they love. Customers come to the salesperson, so cold calling is not required. Compensation is 100% commission-based, with a listed annual pay range of $44,000–$159,000; top sales professionals may earn more than $130,000 per year. This is a full-time position with customer service, product knowledge, sales-floor engagement, order processing, and post-order problem resolution responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Make a positive first impression on customers.
Circulate the sales floor and greet customers promptly, avoiding behaviors that prevent effective greetings.
Learn about customers and products to identify suitable products for each customer.
Maintain working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements to process orders efficiently.
Identify and resolve post-order problems quickly and efficiently.
Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams as needed to resolve customer problems thoroughly.
