About The Position

As a Retail Salesperson at NFM, you will help customers choose products to create a home and lifestyle they love. Customers come to you, so the role does not involve cold calling. You will work on building the Cedar Park team for a new store and have access to a wide product selection at competitive prices. Compensation is 100% commission-based, with a stated annual pay range of $44,000–$159,000; the posting also notes that top sales professionals can earn over $130,000 per year.

The role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, processing orders efficiently, and resolving post-order problems. You will work with other sales staff and customer care teams as needed to address customer issues promptly and thoroughly.

Responsibilities
