About the position
The job overview for the Salesforce Senior Business Analyst position is that the individual will be responsible for articulating business requirements for subscription-based clients, with a focus on Revenue Cloud. They will analyze data, success metrics, and objectives to make recommendations and changes that improve the customer experience. The role involves facilitating discovery workshop sessions, gaining alignment on solution requirements, serving as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, and creating scalable solution documentation. The individual will also support the broader delivery team in change management and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery workshop sessions with client stakeholders to understand and document requirements and business processes
- Gain alignment and approval of solution requirements & acceptance criteria working closely with the Business Analyst team
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Facilitate solution demonstrations efficiently
- Create scalable solution documentation for clients
- Support the broader delivery team in executing change management and quality assurance based on final solution requirements
- Match user requirements to CPQ, Billings & Salesforce solutions
- Understand varying client needs and recommend and implement the highest ROI for clients
- Work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for standardization of data and processes
- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in at least two medium to large-scale full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations, with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
- Experience matching user requirements to CPQ, Billings & Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce CPQ and either SFDC Administrator or Developer certifications.
- Experience using Jira, Slack, Google Suite & LucidChart.
- Ability to understand varying client needs and respond flexibly and creatively, working with internal resources to recommend and implement the highest ROI for our clients.
- Previous experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources.
- Experience analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful standardization of data and processes regionally and/or globally.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize while simultaneousl.
