Requirements

At least 5 years of Salesforce delivery experience, with exposure to both functional and technical dimensions of implementation work.
At least 3 years of experience on projects using Agile, hybrid, or Scrum delivery frameworks, with comfort in sprint-based delivery environments.
At least 3 years of experience supporting Financial Services clients.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years of work experience; applicants with an associate’s degree must have at least 6 years of work experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience contributing to at least one full-lifecycle Salesforce implementation in a functional, technical, or hybrid role.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect designation.
Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud through project experience, self-study, or certification pursuit.
Salesforce certifications relevant to the Solution Architect path, such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder.
Exposure to integration concepts and tools such as REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or Salesforce Connect sufficient to participate in integration design discussions.
Experience with AI/ML tools or platforms such as Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or generative AI tools, and an emerging understanding of applying AI capabilities within Salesforce solutions.

Multi-shore delivery experience or comfort working across distributed teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end solution design across assigned workstreams, including data models, integration patterns, security models, and platform configuration, under the guidance of a senior Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
Maintain solution design documents, architecture decision records, and data flow diagrams throughout delivery.
Own technical design and build for Agentforce use cases across active Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance programs.
Design and implement integrations between Data Cloud, CRM, external data sources, and Agentforce capabilities; make architecture tradeoffs involving MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, and Salesforce Connect.
Bridge functional requirements and technical delivery by aligning architects, developers, and client stakeholders on design decisions and scope boundaries.
Lead design sessions, code reviews, and deployment governance; manage solution risks, design gaps, and cross-workstream dependencies; escalate proactively.
Guide and mentor technical leads and set technical standards across the team.
Pursue Salesforce certifications relevant to the Solution Architect career path and contribute lessons learned and reusable assets to practice development.
Support estimation, scoping, and staffing discussions during pursuit phases and contribute to architecture sections of RFP responses and oral presentations.
Support the development of accelerators, methodology assets, and Financial Services-specific AI use-case patterns that can scale across the practice.
