About The Position

Accenture is seeking a cross-Financial Services skilled Functional Solution Architect for its Financial Services Salesforce Business Group. The role operates between architecture and execution, translating senior architects’ designs into delivery plans and ensuring architecture remains sound throughout the program lifecycle. The architect owns solution design documents, leads technical workstreams, and works across Salesforce Data 360, Agentforce, and Financial Services CRM platforms. The role leads end-to-end solution design across assigned workstreams, including data models, integration patterns, security models, and platform configuration. It also owns technical design and build for Agentforce use cases on Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance programs; designs and implements integrations among Data Cloud, CRM, external data sources, and Agentforce; and makes architecture tradeoffs among options such as MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, and Salesforce Connect. The architect connects functional requirements to technical delivery, aligns architects, developers, and client stakeholders, and leads design sessions, code reviews, and deployment governance. The role includes managing risks, design gaps, and dependencies; mentoring junior architects; contributing to estimates, scoping, staffing, and RFP responses; and developing reusable accelerators, methodologies, and Financial Services AI use-case patterns. The position requires at least 8 years of progressive Salesforce delivery experience, including significant solution architecture or senior platform leadership; experience delivering large-scale Financial Services Salesforce programs; expertise with Financial Services Cloud or equivalent CRM platforms; program-scale Agile leadership; and experience with AI/ML capabilities. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. The posting gives location-specific annual salary ranges from $112,900 to $302,400, depending on location, and states that it is anticipated to remain posted until 12/08/2026.

  • At least 1 year leveraging AI/ML capabilities, such as Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or generative AI tools, including advising clients on AI strategy and adoption.
  • At least 3 years supporting Financial Services clients at a senior delivery or advisory level.
