About The Position

Master Electronics is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support customers and internal teams throughout the order process. The role focuses on accurate order and customer data, tracking forecasts and order changes, communicating order updates, helping resolve issues, and managing inventory records at customer locations. The position is based in Germantown, Wisconsin, and follows a hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday. The pay range is $21.00–$23.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create professional emails and customer-facing documents.
• Ability to remain organized and responsive in time-sensitive situations or when priorities shift.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams, roles, and leadership levels.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills, with consistent follow-through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update purchase orders, customer information, and vendor data.
• Help track customer forecasts, backlogs, and order changes.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams about order status, delays, and next steps.
• Work with Sales, suppliers, and other teams to help resolve order issues.
• Help manage inventory at customer locations and ensure records are accurate.
• Follow up on orders to keep them moving and support a positive customer experience.
• Stay organized, pay attention to details, make sound decisions, and learn new processes quickly.
