About The Position

The Sales Support Specialist will interact with customers and collaborate with sales personnel, as necessary. The role focuses on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problems. This position ensures the ongoing accuracy of customer and product information and performs inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone. The specialist will provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments, and resolving problems. Additionally, the role involves preparing analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow-up documentation to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the sales process. The specialist will solve a range of straightforward problems and deliver solutions in a timely manner, communicating clearly and following up to close the loop on open customer needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Prior sales support experience
Strong organizational skills
Leadership skills
