About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is integral to store success and efficiency, delivering on Coach’s brand commitment through friendly, efficient customer interactions at the cash wrap and by maintaining a well-kept sales floor. The role supports the flow of product from receipt through point of sale, while providing personalized customer assistance and supporting sales-floor, stockroom, and operational needs. The associate welcomes and assists clients, serves as a brand ambassador, supports social media engagement, operates point-of-sale systems, and handles cash and media according to policy. The role also involves processing shipments and transfers, managing stock and replenishment, executing visual merchandising updates, maintaining housekeeping standards, and following Loss Prevention guidelines. A flexible schedule is required to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays. The position requires regular lifting of at least 25 pounds, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including use of an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Represent the brand internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
Operate POS accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with the team or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
