Sales Support Coordinator II
About The Position
The Sales Support Coordinator II coordinates the sales of Patterson animal health products and services. The role serves as a liaison and information source for customers, operations, sales, and leadership teams. It supports sales representatives and leadership, assists with customer contact when a Territory Manager is absent, and works with operations and sales management to support cross-functional processes. The position also handles customer and order records, order fulfillment, quotes, proposals, contracts, returns, credits, rebills, and rebate-related account requests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Two years of experience in a customer service and/or sales support position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay organized and deliver accurate results amid rapidly shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process returns, credits, and customer rebills.
- Assist sales representatives and leadership with reporting needs.
- Serve as a reliable source of information for customers and the field team.
- Supplement customer contact in the absence of a Territory Manager.
- Work with the Operations Manager and sales management to enable strong cross-functional processes.
- Prepare quotes and proposals and ensure full execution of contracts.
- Maintain accurate customer and order logs, records, and files.
- Track customer accounts and manage the order fulfillment process.
- Track customer rebates and request account credits or payment by check.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
