The Sales Support Analyst provides direct support to Antech Sales Associates and collaborates with internal business and functional leaders so the sales team has the resources needed to succeed. The role works in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, acts as a partner and advisor to the Sales team, supports sales targets and organizational goals, and may assist during client and prospect meetings. The analyst supports teams in the Mountain and Pacific time zones. The role has three main areas of focus. Proposal Shaping involves advising the Sales team on pricing for new and existing client proposals and helping develop competitive proposals that deliver value to clients while supporting profitable growth. As a Pricing Subject Matter Expert, the analyst uses knowledge of Antech’s products and pricing options to guide proposal pricing, provide strategic and market insights, and help streamline deal closures and the sales cycle. In Advice and Intelligence, the analyst conducts market research, gathers Sales team feedback, and uses experience to recommend pricing strategy, policy, and procedure improvements aligned with market demands and business objectives. The role involves frequent interaction with stakeholders, sales associates, sales leaders, and other sales team members. Analysts handle multiple tasks under pressure and generally work regular business hours, with occasional overtime to meet deadlines or support other time zones. Travel is minimal, at less than 25%.
