About The Position

Harvest Group is an integrated commerce agency partnering with consumer brands across in-store and digital commerce, retail media, and social platforms. The Kroger Sales Support Analyst is a multi-faceted team player role supporting the company's Kroger office. The role leads the creation, execution, and follow-up of sales administration tasks for clients at Kroger, including the creation of IMFs and TradePoint contracts, deduction management, and related promotional forms. The position must be based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Harvest Group does not cover relocation for applicants who do not currently reside in the area.

Requirements

• Ability to process large amounts of information while managing moving deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create and operate within systems, processes, and structure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to proactively and creatively problem solve.
• Proven ownership mindset.
• Strong desire to contribute to the Harvest Group culture.
• Must be based in Cincinnati, Ohio; relocation is not covered.

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry working with Kroger.
• Experience successfully managing the administrative elements of a CPG business at a large retailer.
• Prior experience in the operation of a large or growing office and its administrative needs.
